INFORMATION ADDRESSED TO USERS OF THIS WEBSITE RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 (CODE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA).

This page contains a description of the management procedures of the site with regard to the processing of personal data provided by the persons consulting it.

A. Data Controller and Processor 
The Data Controller is Fovs Srl, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative (hereinafter the "Company" or the "Data Controller"), with head office in Via Piave  124, Lozzo di Cadore BL.

B. Purposes of data processing 
Fovs Srl informs its users that, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Privacy Code"), containing provisions for the protection of persons and of other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, the data provided will be exclusively processed for the following purposes: 
1. to allow the user to register on the site for purposes strictly related to provision of the on-line services and, specifically, to reply to requests for dispatch of informative material made by said user; 
2. to reply to requests for services/information made by the user through access to the CONTACTS section of our site; 
3. in order to receive by letter, phone, automated calling systems referred to in Article 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (or through e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, etc.) communications relating to new initiatives/events, as well as other informative material (newsletter, catalogues, etc.). 
Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the data subject and without prejudice to that which is set forth in paragraph E below, the user's disclosure of personal data, for the purposes specified in paragraph B. 1. and 2. Is mandatory, because otherwise the Company will be fully or partially unable to comply with the user's request. The processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above does not require consent, pursuant to Article 24 letter b) of the Privacy Code. The user's disclosure of personal data for the purposes specified in paragraph B. 3. is optional, and hence there are no consequences in the event of refusal other than the impossibility of providing information on the products and/or services offered and on promotional sales initiatives.

C. Place of data processing and procedures 
Processing associated with this site's web services takes place and is overseen at the head office of Fovs and of third party companies formally appointed for the activities of publication and/or technical maintenance of the site. 
The personal data is processed with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized accesses.

D. Scope of communication of the personal data 
The personal data provided by the users who forward requests for dispatch of informative material/contact is processed for the purposes specified in paragraph B "Purposes of data processing" and will be communicated to persons identified by the Data Controller as "Data Processors" or "Persons in charge of Processing", belonging to the administrative and sales offices. 
The data may also be communicated: 
- to companies of Fovs Srl, to subsidiary companies and to companies which manage franchises pursuant to special commercial agreements; 
- to third party Companies, appointed by Fovs Srl to carry out activities directly related or auxiliary to execution of the services/information requested through the site.

E. Navigation data 
During their routine use, the IT systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this website acquire some personal data of which the transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. 
This information is not collected in order to be associated with specific data subjects, but by its nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow the users to be identified. 
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who log on to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the users' IT environment. 
This data is used only for the purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check its correct working order. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of possible IT offences to the detriment of the site: without prejudice to this possibility, at present the data on web contacts is maintained only for the time that is strictly necessary to the purposes for which it has been collected.

F. Cookies 
No personal data of the users is purposely acquired by the site. No use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor is any type of persistent cookies or user tracing systems used. The use of session cookies (which are not stored in a persistent manner on the user's computer and disappear with closure of the browser) is strictly limited to transmission of session identifiers (made up of casual numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.

G. Data Controller and Processor 
The Data Controller is Fovs Srl, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative, with head office in Via Piave 124, Lozzo di cadore BL– E-mail: info@fovs.it. 
The Data Processor is the Privacy Manager, to whom the user may apply to exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of the Privacy Code, among which, the right to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence of data and to be informed of its content and source, verify its accuracy or request its integration or update or correction. Pursuant to said article the data subject is entitled to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or freezing of data processed in breach of the law and to object to processing thereof for legitimate reasons.
